Well, it's now Sunday January 17, 2010. Last week was terrific - we did the show at the Radisson in Manchester, NH and that was a really big event. I know a lot of guns were sold there, but not the mini-gun set up on the table across from us... and the Safety Bullets and Spitfire Pepper Spray were really hot sellers! We talked to lots of nice people, some with much knowledge about guns & ammo and some new folks just learning. One thing I try to tell people about is the danger of lead poisoning. Most ammunition vaporizes lots of lead when fired which forms a cloud around the shooting hand(s) and close to the face. People really need to get rid of the lead before they eat, drink or smoke so they don't ingest it. That brings us to our D-Lead towels. These will remove the lead without any harsh chemicals or nasty smell. And the hand and body soap is great. Other hot items are the Uncle Mike's pocket holsters, the rifle and shotgun cases, and the handgun rugs. And how about those ABS molded "CIA Letter Openers" aka knives. Wow, we only have a few left.
This coming weekend (Jan 23 & 24) we will be at the Standish Sportsmans Club on Burr Lane (off RTE 18) in East Bridgewater. The show is sold out for vendors - it's a really busy show and last year they had some GREAT chili there. We'll have all of our usual gear and lots of new items to check out. And we're still looking for new dealers for Safety Bullets. Come see us there - mention the blog and get 5% off all purchases.
The East Bridgewater show was a lot of fun! Met lots of nice people, and saw a falcon! Wow! Am looking forward to the Marlboro show - hope to see you there!
